My car was picked up after one week of submitting my car for delievery. The day before it got picked up the carrier wanted $90 dollars more of what the estimate was. I talked with Kathy at Magic Carpet and she was very helpful in reducing the price down to just $50 dollars more. I was informed that I would have my car picked up on Friday and delievered that coming Thursday. However, I did not get my car till Friday afternoon. The carrier did not even bother to call me and let me know that they would be a day late. I called Magic Carpet Auto Transport and Kathy was very helpful in resolving the problem and clearing things up and keeping me posted. The car was very dirty since it was an open carrier. I was happy with the customer service I got from Magic Carpet Auto Transport. The girls there are very helpful. I did not do much communicating with the carrier themselves since they only bothered to call me two hours before the car was to be delievered. Overall my experience was good.
