I was able to reach the contact person with minimal difficulty for call backs needed to follow up on dates of pick up and delivery. The contact person was always cheerful. After inspecting my car and noting dents and scratches the pick up driver was able to schedule the actual pick up time to later in the day, a time convenient for both of us. The delivery timing was off schedule, however, the contact person tried to rectify this and apologized when it was not possible to change delivery time. Illinois to Florida cost $650 with $50 rebate.
