I decided on magic auto transport since a friend used the service and was happy with the transport. My car was delivered from Florida to Michigan. I was given a two day window of pickup. I did not hear from anyone on the second day so I called to find out if the car would be picked up. The driver was held up on another pickup. The person for the pick up had just lost a family member and needed to complete arrangements before releasing the car. The driver could have left and not taken the car but elected to stay overnight to take the car the next day. This resulted in a delay in picking up my car. I think the driver did the right thing and was compassionate so I do not see this as a negative. Surprisingly the car arrived in Michigan the next day and was in good condition. Would definitely recommend this company for service.
