A sudden change in our schedule forced us to ship our vehicle much earlier than expected. Called Magic Carpet Auto Transport with a request to transport the vehicle from Colorado to Massachusetts with a pick-up within 48 hours of the call. We were skeptical at best, but they came thru with a carrier, price ($1000) and timeline that met our expectations. The pick-up was easy. They come to your house, inspect the car, and load it on the carrier. The vehicle was actually delivered 2 days ahead of schedule, in the same condition as when it left Colorado. During the entire process, we were continuously updated on the progress of our order by the account representative, Kristaan, and thru email messages. The entire process with Magic Carpet Auto was very professional, courteous and friendly. They exceeded our expectations.
