Gillian,
I am sorry you felt we did not provide five star services. This move was very frustrating to the both of us.
I provided as much information to you as it came in to me. I did not know about a truck breaking down until you had spoken with me. The driver had no communication with us regarding his truck issue. Unfortunately we are at the Mercy of the trucks and we don’t have control over them. I do apologize that you have to inconvenience a friend to meet the driver. Again I do apologize for all the delays and any inconvenience this has caused.
