I was completely surprised that the transport of the car went off without a hitch! after reading so many horror stories about trucks not showing up, rude drivers, damaged cars, et c, i was expecting the worst. instead, the car was picked up in new york on time, the email and phone communications with magic carpet were timely and complete, and on the very day before the car was scheduled to be delivered to me in utah, the trucker called and said he would be on time, and then asked exactly where and when i would like the car to be delivered. i changed it up on him and asked him to meet me at the auto dealer, he said no problem. the next day, he was there and on time. no damages to the car (other than what had been done to it before pick up by the unspeakably nasty and ferret faced ex spouse) and i would have no hesitancy to recommend this transportation service to others nor to use it again myself. brandon bond took my transport order, he was polite and very competent and knowledgeable of the booking process, he explained all the steps to me, was very clear once the process was begun, and maintained contact with me via email and phone. the driver was clean and polite, well spoken, not what i was expecting at all. a very very good experience. no negative aspects. thank you very much for restoring my faith in mankind. happy holidays to all.
