Customer Service was very knowledgable and gave me accurate information about pick-up and delivery times. It was very easy to reach them by phone when I had questions. Overall the service presented no problems and the vehicle arrived with no damage and sooner than expected. I would definitely use Magic Carpet again, or recommend them to a friend.
