This was our first time using an auto transport service, and our first time buying a car sight unseen, so we were a bit anxious. We wanted to meet a time schedule to use the car for a vacation trip. Stephanie could not promise to meet our schedule because of possible delays in finding a carrier to a somewhat unpopular destination like NH, and there could have been winter storm delays. As it turned out, a carrier was found immediately; They picked up the car as soon as it was available and delivered it in one week, giving us plenty of time to meet our schedule. It was very nice to have someone under-promise and over-deliver on a transaction.
