Kat, sorry you are not happy with the service you received. I apologize for it being picked up a day late and then delivered a day late. All would have been on time, but the driver could not reach you to get the vehicle picked up on time. The trucking company charged you an extra fee of $250, because you had your car fully packed, which adds additional weight that the driver has to account for. Due to the us delivering one day late, we did give you a discount of $70. We do our best to make sure all of our deliveries are on time, but unfortunately we can't control what happens out on the road with the drivers. Best of luck in the future.
