Service was okay. The actual truck shipper was great who is unaffliated with magic carpet transport. I was not informed that my price I paid would have my car sitting for weeks since it was the lowest price per gallon and no shipping truck would want to pick it up. I was never called after many days about the status of my truck. I was called late when it was picked up and 10 days after the truck was dropped off I was notified by the shipping company that this was so. Everything went fine until I saw how they really do buisiness. I know that very few companies out there care about the customers these days, so maybe I am outdated in my thoughts. Maybe that is also why so few companies get repeat buisness.

Timothy, sorry you feel this way, were at the mercy of the drivers and what they will do the job for. Our customers are very important to us and we have many repeat customers because of this.
