I had assumed a lease of a person in New Jersey who was relocating to Tokyo and we had a two-day window to pick up the car. Kathy at Magic Auto Transport worked with me to get the car picked up as soon as possible, and then worked with the transport company to ensure that the pickup took place after 3 pm, when the previous leaseholder was available to deliver the car. Everything worked really well. I called several companies, and while Magic Carpet quoted a higher price for the expedited pick up, it was great that they were able to deliver down to a two to three hour window. Some of the companies would only say "within 10 days" which just would not have worked for us. I also am getting a $50 rebate for submitting this review, as do all Magic Carpet customers, but I have to say I am extremely happy that the entire transport effort went so smoothly. If I weren't happy, I would submit that review and still get the rebate.
