I had no issues with Magic Carpet. They were very easy to reach, and very willing to help and work with you. When I noticed a typo on my confirmation, they cleared it up within minutes and sent me a corrected version. It never took more than a minute to reach my associate, and they knew exactly who I was and where I was shipping.
