I had never shipped my car before, but it was actually a lot less painful than I expected. I was attempting to ship it the day before my move date so that I wouldn't have to rent a car. There was kind of a tense time when I was afraid we wouldn't get a carrier, but luckily, one came through. Raeann was always helpful, cheerful, professional, and sympathetic, and I really do appreciate all the work she put into my order. The actual shipping company employees were also very professional. The car was picked up on time right around the corner from my apartment. Drop-off was a little farther away, but totally manageable. The car is in the same condition I shipped it in. I think that the cost was about what other companies were quoting for me, so no complaints there.
