RaeAnn was very prompt and professional in my dealing with her. She did have a hard time finding a company to take on the project and when she did it was at an extra cost over the orginal quote. Since this was still a good price an dth ecompany could pick up that I I went with it. Company that did the actual shipping was 2 days late from the time they estimated delivery. Not a big deal to me but their estimates and customer contact could be better...I didn't hear from for 2 days.
