I emailed Magic Carpet asking how to redeem my rebate and expected an email back since the was the mode of communication I chose. It was a simple question. The answer should have been "follow this link to the website." Instead, the agent called my parents house even though I gave them my cell phone number as the number I wanted on my account to be changed to. It was never changed. Not only that, but the agent left a number to call her back. Thanks for putting the onus back on me. Really? Maybe if you would have had my right number you would have gotten a hold of me. BUT WAIT- I didn't call you! I emailed you! So, email me back. Duh. ESPECIALLY since it was such a simple answer to the question. WHAT WAS THERE TO TALK ABOUT?! I mean come on!

Not only that but I was given incorrect information as how and when to pay the driver once he arrived. It was a tremendous inconvenience and when I asked about it the agent I was talking to then denied that that had ever been said. Only problem is I would have to talk to like 100 different people because my primary was ALWAYS MIA. It was annoying. For that reason, I couldn't remember who the adwizard was that gave me all the bad information. Trying to get a hold of my primary agent was a hassle. I talked to a hundred people and had to explain my scenario to a hundred different people and the whole process was way more difficult than it should have been.

I was rather dissatisfied by the customer service of this company. It seemed disorganized and lacking common sense and logic. In fact, I would likely not use one of these third party services because it's a racket. Instead, I will call drivers myself and cut the middle- including the exorbitant middle man charges considering you made my life harder with misinformation, a run-around, and not even delivering my car when I wanted it there! Good bye and good riddance- oh, and thanks for the $50.
