I was very pleased with my overall experience with Magic Carpet. Stephanie was my main contact, and on the few occasions where she was not in the office, Hillary assisted me and was very helpful. I needed my car to be delivered during a small window of time, and they worked with me to get as close as possible to that time though there are no guarantees. The driver also wanted a little bit more money than the quote I was given, and instead of asking me to pay more, they took it out of their deposit so that my total quote remained the same. I used an open carrier, and my car arrived in good condition, not much dirtier than when it left me.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is I did not get a follow up call until a few days after my car was delivered asking me if it had been delivered. Also, after being told I would receive my rebate information shortly after that phone call, I had to call back almost 2 1/2 weeks later to get the rebate form.

This, however, had little impact on my satisfaction with Stephanie and Hillary and their efforts to get my car shipped. Let me make it clear they worked with me on several occasions to find a carrier that fit my scheduling time frame, and ultimately, my car was picked up on time and delivered the day before I needed it.
