Why does this industry struggle with basic things like honesty and good customer service?
Magic Carpet, and particularly John Mendes did a good job of transporting my car from Boston to Nashville. That being said, the industry stinks when it comes to honesty and good customer service. The ethics that some drivers use are questionable at best If I had my choise I would not ever use this industry to transport a vehicle.
To summarize, I appreciated John Mendes's support and assistance and and am sympathetic to the fact that he has to deal with these unscrupulous drivers. Good Luck
