I was in need of a move in fairly short notice. (1 week) The vehicle was at a location that would start charging storage fees if not moved in time. My original contact assured me that it could be done at a much lower cost than was possible. After this initial problem, Sheila came to a great rescue and orchestrated a complete move in exactly one afternoon, which went perfectly.

One day before the move I was told my contact was let go, and I thought the worst. (This move will be delayed and I will eat a ton of costs) However, Sheila contacted drivers she trusted, and found a way to get a driver for me within hours. She was sympathetic to my problem, and to her credit and Magic Carpet fixed the situation immediately.

There are a number of fast talking reps out there that will promise the world. However, Magic Carpet has at least one representative that delivers exactly what she says.

Most important to me, even if a mistake does happen, Magic Carpet did whatever was necessary to solve the problem.
