From the first time I spoke with Michellle Henriksbo about transporting a vehicle, I knew that I had chosen the right company. As I had never used a transport company before, I was a little apprehensive about the process. Michelle was knowledgeable and courteous, and she immediately put me at ease explaining that the process would be effortless. She was right! Michelle was very accessible (by phone and e-mail) and she kept me informed with regard to pick up and delivery status, even calling after the vehicle had been delivered. She paid particular attention to personal details about the transport (including the fact that this vehicle was being delivered as a surprise to someone in South Carolina ). It was nice to work with a Personal Account Executive such as Michelle from beginning to end. I was also very pleased with the carrier. He contacted me directly, prior to picking up the vehicle, to go over certain details. He also provided me with his cell phone number so that I would be able to contact him directly while the vehicle was en route. The vehicle arrived on time and was in perfect condition. I felt that the price was reasonable and there were no hidden fees or charges...no surprises. The only surprise was when the car arrived in South Carolina! I will definitely use Magic Carpet Auto Transport, Inc. again in the furture, and I will recommend it highly to family and friends. Thanks, Michelle and Magic Carpet Auto Transport, Inc.
