I first contacted "Fast Auto Transport" 3-4 days before the new year and got a deal to deliver my car for $850. They promised to pick up the car by 01/01/2011, but they never did. If fact, I tried to call the several times, and an agent picked up and hung up the phone, and then no body answered after that.

So I searched for a reputable carrier and found "Magic Carpet". They offered to deliver my car for $1023 and have it delivered in 7-10 days. The agent "Trevon" promised he would find a truck as soon as possible, and he did. They picked the car in a very short time, given the late request.

Trevon was really helpful and always available to help. He was my single point of contact and always kept me updated without the need to call.

I guess good service comes at a price, they promised and delivered. If I ever decide to ship my car again, I would use Magic Carpet. Although I paid $170 more compared to Fast Auto's quote, I lost $240 on a rental car because of the delay caused by Fast Auto.
