Horrible company. They tried to pick up the car a week early, then canceled because it wasn't convenient for them. When they did pick up the car, it took 22 days to get it. It was in a hub in Mass. for two weeks and every time I called the man who had my car on his truck, whom could barely speak or understand english, he would hang up on me. "I'll call you back" is what he said and never did. He asked for directions about five times and still I had to meet him in a parking lot. I thought this person would know how to use mapquest or maybe even have a gps, GUESS NOT! Then to top it all off there was a huge, deep, black scuff in my white bumper. You can't paint over it, you have to replace the whole bumper, (I asked a auto body guy). Every time I have called I asked to speak with a manager and I got hung up on, so I gave up. Oh, and when I pointed the scuff to the guy, he immediatly said "wasn't me, other guy did this".
