Sent car 1 on april 15,2005 should have taken about 14 days. took 6 weeks ! Rented a car for this period. Sent car 2 April 15th took 6 weeks. Price was increased, and I had to travel 6 hours to pick up each vehicle in Sacramento. Car 2 was not even left at the dropoff point but at the driver's FRIENDS HOUSE !!! Kelloggs transport refused my second car because they said M&E and AIR LAND AND SEA had " Unethical business practices "
The Cost should have been $1950.00 the total cost to me so far has been over $4500.00 due to car rentals, overnight stays when I had to pick up my cars etc. There is hardly any communication once your car is in their hands. Had to call an attorney to get advice on what to do. Car 2 arrived with a broken door handle too ! Been calling ALS and M&E concerning this but to no avail...
DO NOT TRANSPORT USING THESE COMPANIES.....Don B. at M&E is the nastiest person to do business with. I have documentation of every call and extra cost. Can not wait to get an attorney on this case.
