My car was picked up by Massey Transportation after being booked thru Bullseye Transportation as the broker. The car was in pristine condition with one little nick the size of a pin head noted on the bill of lading. 9 days later when the car was delivered it was in deplorable condition. There was grease and oil on the paint, 4 chips in the paint, one on the roof and three on the rear fenders. The carpet which was white had grease stains on it from the drivers shoes! When I brought these things to the attention of the driver he denied any knowledge of how they got there. The original bill of lading had no mention of any of these damages. When the car was loaded in Ca. it was the only car in the trailer had was put all the way up front with a car cover on it. When the car was delivered it was in the middle of the trailer but no grease or oil stains on the car cover. How does one get oil and grease on a car if it has a car cover on it? carla at Bullseye Transportation was very accomadating in arranging the transportation but Massey Transportation out of Oregon leaves a great deal to be desired. When I contacted there home office they told me they did not have insurance as they were self insured and I should let them know what it would cost to repair. I tried calling several times with an estimate of $2300 but they did not answer my calls. To date no satisfaction from Massey. Would not use them again and in fact would not use a carrier that is self insured, but didn't know that as they said they were insured. As far as I am cincerned this company shows no concern for the cars the transport, my car was a mess. Never again
