First of all they made me pay upfront for the service and guaranteed me that it would be scheduled in 3-5 days. After 2 weeks of me calling 2 times a day I finally fired them and went with another carrier that had it on a truck the VERY NEXT DAY. Told me on a Thursday that it would be picked up on Monday only to have the carrier "had truck problems". This company lies and then changes their story when you call them out on the lies. I did get a full refund but after waiting WAY too long for a carrier, I should have let them go after the first week it wasn't scheduled.

WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY ADULT LIFE!!! How can a business operate this way???

The customer originally placed the order on 3/19, but due to the vehicle not being paid for, we could not set it up for transport until 3/28. We did try to find a driver in the area to move this unit. The customer was updated with status on 3/28, 4/1, and 4/2. On 4/2 he requested we refund his money if we could not get a driver assigned. On 4/8 our Director of Sales and Marketing contacted Chris, and the order was cancelled that day. Chris received a full refund of his money because we were not able to assign a truck in the timeframe he needed. Our company does not guarantee transport times, because there are too many variables in transportation. We do give estimated times when we give dates.
