The customer originally placed the order on 3/19, but due to the vehicle not being paid for, we could not set it up for transport until 3/28. We did try to find a driver in the area to move this unit. The customer was updated with status on 3/28, 4/1, and 4/2. On 4/2 he requested we refund his money if we could not get a driver assigned. On 4/8 our Director of Sales and Marketing contacted Chris, and the order was cancelled that day. Chris received a full refund of his money because we were not able to assign a truck in the timeframe he needed. Our company does not guarantee transport times, because there are too many variables in transportation. We do give estimated times when we give dates.
