At first the truck was to go from Pa. to Wa. state. The weather was bad and there were no responses to our quote of $1560.00, which I might add was totally prepaid. On 2/20/13 I called McNutt and suggested that we ship to my home in Idaho. Then we could do a separate shipping from Idaho to Washington State and see if we could move the truck a little faster. It was finally picked up on 3/3/13 and delivered to me on 3/6/13 in Idaho. Then it was picked up in Idaho on 3/8/13 and was delivered in Wa. State on 3/12/13. Since we made two separate orders it ended up costing me $2,300.00. I wasn't happy about the cost, but I was happy to get the truck to it's final destination after 6 weeks. I really appreciate the fact that McNutt dispatchers called me 2 or 3 times a week to update me on progress. Also the sales staff were helpful and returned my calls and I was able to get in touch with them when I needed to. All in all I would call them an honest company that cares about their customers and I would recommend them to others.
