Mcnutt lost my vehicle for several days , delivered it to the wrong location unsecured and all my tools got stolen.My vechicle, a private vechicle was actually sent to an auto auction and stickered up and my personal items were removed. After dodging me for a week they said they are not responsible. Way to take responsibility for your actions.

The carrier did deliver this vehicle to the wrong location, and they were reprimanded for it. Due to this, we refunded the customers full cost of transport. As for items hauled within the vehicle, it is company policy that nothing is to be inside the vehicle, because insurance only covers the vehicle, not personal items.
