We used Mega Load for quite a few years. They were always late in delivering our car from Chicago to Florida. They took a week to ten days so we always had to rent a car. When the driver called to say when he would arrive, he was always two to three hours late. They never picked up our car when they stated. Quite a few times they came a few hours before we were leaving to go home. This year they gave us a few days that they said they would pick up our car. After not hearing from them, we called and they said oh we can’t come until next week. Well, we were going to be home by that time. They said they would try to find someone. They never called us back. We called another company and they came out in two days and our car was delivered home in three days. I wish we would have known about them before. We will never use Mega Load again. THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY
