This is the first time I've ever shipped my vehicle. My experience with both Sam (customer service) and Omar (the driver) were outstanding and I would, w/o a doubt recommend this company to anyone who is moving. If I ever move to another state again, I would come back to Mercury Auto Transport. There was plenty of communication and I had no question about where my vehicle was or when it would arrive.
