I was flexible on my transport date, so with each available quote, AJ would contact me from Mercury Auto Transport. He was never anything but kind and patient, and was easy to work with. Set me up with a company that moved my vehicle fast and in my budget while also in my time frame.
Other companies had told me that the price I wanted was unrealistic, but AJ never treated my request as unreasonable- and I had done my research, so I knew if I had time to wait and got the right company, it could happen.
I appreciated this company and would use them again ANYTIME.
Once the contract was taken, the expected time was up to 5 days. I got my car in 2. FANTASTIC SERVICE all around.
