Matthew spent so much time with me and explained to me how the whoel process worked that I felt comfortable giving his copmpany a try. He asked for a small deposit and took my credit card information but promised he would not charge me the deposit unless he got a truck that agreed to pick me up at the price that WE set up. He event old me what other cars were being picked up for on the system so I could tell him what I wanted to pay for the car to be moved. It was a great experience dealing with Mercury Auto Transport because I have spoken to so many others who are not interested in the custer - only in getting the deposit and I've heard horror stories of cars not getting picked up on time! Matthew explained the system to me and I felt like we were working together in partnership with the truck guys. I was starting a new job in a new city and had a lot to take care of so this was one good experience and I deal with customer service in my jopb as well so I felt I needed to give the compliment!
