We are Sorry we did not meet or beat your expectations. Your car was dispatched on 2/3 for pick-up on 2/4 with delivery that night or next morning. You canceled the order on 2/4 and went with another broker who scheduled the same driver we had for you . The carrier was running behind do to a flat tire. Carriers will always try to be on time , but weather traffic and mechanical failure can sometimes cause delays.
