I was concerned, I was overseas and relying on friends to help me with the logistics of pick up Of my vehicle for delivery across the country to my son in Flagstaff. I spoke to a number of brokers on the telephone and no one set my mind at rest and re assured me more than Nestor at Mercury Auto. He took the time to explain the process and re assure me that everything would be fine. His email response to my email enquiries were quick and helpful. Our car was collected at 2 pm eastern time on Tuesday and delivered by Lego Transportation in less than 72 hours. If I was ever to do this again I would go to Mercury and Nestor in particular. The only negative thing I have to say is it cost me $250 more than I had expected but it is winter time and that was maybe simply timing rather than anything that Mercury could control.
