Had contracted to have an eBay vehicle shipped from FL To PA via Uship and Montway was the contractor. Last minute change on their part made their service of no use to us as we had to have the vehicle pick-up prior to us leaving FL. With only a 36 hour pick-up window from the onset of our first contact with Mercury to work with, Jeff Solomon with Mercury Transport was able to secure a contract and a successful pick-up time allowing us to leave FL on time. In addition, Jeff promptly answered questions via phone and email without any delay.
