Since I had already been burned buy one carrier, I was hesitant to deal with anyone. I requested a quote and got an email in about 5 minutes. We discussed my needs and by that evening he had already found a carrier willing to pick up my van. In fact, if the party on the pick up end was not out for the night, we could have gotten the car a day earlier. Great communication and great follow up. Promptly answered all my questions and seemed to care about my satisfaction.

I am totally satisfied with my price, timing and delivery of the van. No issues at all. Smooth from start to finish. No bait and switch, no up sell and got the job done. What else do you need? Will use again for sure.

My only suggestion would be to develop a more secure way to collect credit card information. I ended up using pay pal for my deposit as I don't like emailing that info.

I had made my initial quote request after traditional office hours on a Friday. No one else contacted me until they got into the office on Monday morning. Guess what? I already had the van
