Hi Evan,
Unfortunately Carriers do have mechanical issues from time to time. We are very sorry the selected carrier was not able to pick up as promised. Sorry we missed your calls. Our office closes at 9pm eastern standard. By the time we got back to you to resolve the issue , and reschedule a new carrier you had already gone with another broker.
