I chose to use Mercury Transport because of the positive reviews I read online. There may have been a few negative comments but there were no horror stories like I read with other companies!! I attributed the negative as there is no pleasing some people. My contact with Mercury was Jim Gozde. He was very thorough in explaining the process to me. Professional and very helpful. He even called me while my car was in transit I had to push my pickup date back and he promptly contacted me to see if I was ready to ship. He always responded to my calls, texts or emails. He even takes the time to ask You your preference of communication. The driver arrived when he said he would and my vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Oh and the price was reasonable and there were no surprises
