I'd already tried another company before switching to Mercury. I gave the old company several calls and escalated the price, but couldn't even get a transport scheduled after 2 months. Charlie Steeves did a great job. He worked a couple of weeks at his first price and then suggested we escalate modestly, at which point my job was picked up. Charlie helped with coordinating the pickup and at that point, their job was done. The independent contractor (separate from Mercury) was not the greatest (scheduling was non-flexible and the driver ended up being quite late), but that is not their fault. Would call again if I needed auto transport.
