I am writing this review regarding the exceptional level of service I received from John Garcia, the representative I worked with at Mercury Auto to transport to transport my vehicles across the U.S. to our new home in Arizona. I never used an auto transport company before, so I was very concerned regarding potential damage during shipment. There was no need to worry. Everyone involved in the shipment including the transportation company selected by John were not only in constant contact with we concerning the status of my order, but were also professional customer service oriented with an exceptional level of service. I plan to use Mercury and John for future car shipments.
