I had previously arranged for a different Transport Company to pick up my car. The night before the pick up, I was informed by that company that there were no drivers available. I called and spoke to Roman Franco the very next morning and he had a driver to pick up my car within one hour of us speaking on the phone. His customer service was exceptional. He communicated with me throughout the day to ensure everything was taken care of. He even communicated with me the next day as well until my car was actually delivered to me. The driver who handled my car was exceptional as well. This was my first time arranging for a car to be delivered to me and I would not ever use anyone else going forward. I will also recommend Roman and Mercury Auto Transport to anyone else looking for this type of service. Thank you Roman!!
