Jason Ladd won my business by offering up lots of information about how the industry works and then by being very transparent through all of our dealings. The price wasn't different from the others but I felt his attention to making me aware of the ins and outs of vehicle transportation and how he would work on my behalf to get my car across country sold me on choosing him. He was easy to work with, very responsive and communicative with me and found us a great trucker to bring the car. It worked out beautifully and I learned something about the business in the process!
