I could not be more pleased by the service provided by Charlie at Mercury Auto Transport. He explained the entire process in detail, followed up in a timely manner and helped me complete the scheduling form. Once the schedule was made, the transport driver contacted me to arrange the pick up, he arrived on time and my two cars were delivered on time without incident. Importantly, the total cost was just as Charlie had quoted with no additional charges.
