I was vacationing in Florida, and was in an accident. I'd never had to transport a vehicle before. Out of many listed online, Mercury had a very high rating. I called and was connected to Pete Reynolds. Pete took the time to fully explain the process, and was very confident he could get the vehicle moved, and he did. It took several days, but that's the way it works with brokers and carriers. Pete found a carrier that delivered the car to Virginia within 24 hours. Pete was available in the beginning, the middle, and the end, I can't thank him and Mercury enough!
