I contacted Jake at Mercury Auto Transport and provide my pick up and delivery destinations. He promptly provided me with a quote and explained the process to me. He told me that a shipping company may accept the job at the quoted price and the shipping date or that it might take a bit longer and it might cost a bit more, but that he would keep me informed. He did just that. I got daily updates. I'd asked that the car be picked up 10 days from the date I gave him the job, and crossed my fingers that some trucker would accept. I appreciated the daily updates and he let me know that there was interest. The job was accepted a few days before I needed the car to be picked up. Jake kept me informed and let me know which company accepted the job and told me I'd hear from the driver/trucking company the day before to work out logistics. It happened just the way Jake said it would. I was contacted the day before and given the driver's name and we agreed upon a pickup location. The following day, I was contacted by the driver about 2 hours before pick up time. I told him how much time I'd need to get to the location. He told me he'd contact me again shortly before he arrived at the location. The transfer was seemless. He told me when I could expect delivery at the destination. The drop off was just as flawless. The car arrived on time and in the exact condition I'd delivered it to the transport truck. It could not have been a better and more carefree, worry free experience. Thanks, Jake!!
