Communication and responsiveness throughout the process was excellent and honest from our rep, Andrea. She was off one day, and another rep covered for her seamlessly. I moved 2 cars from Chicago, IL to Fort Worth, TX on very short notice. The entire process from start to finish took under a week (from requesting a quote to delivery of vehicles). The pickup and dropoff took place on the promised dates at the quoted price. The contracted driver was courteous and communicated well while in transit. I would definitely use Mercury again to transport vehicles.
