The explanation of the process provided by Tess Olivares (Mercury's website) was key to my selection as well as her communication before and after the carrier was identified. June Carroll's communication during the shipping process was also comforting. The VERY BEST was the driver "JB" who communicated with me at SEVERAL points from the pick up to the delivery and in interacting directly with my family members at the pick up and delivery points. EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!
