I was referred to Mercury Auto Transport by a very good friend. I told my friend that I already had a couple of transporters that I had used in the past, but he insisted that I call Mercury. After speaking to a couple of other transporters, I was quoted a delivery time of 10-14 days. Then, I called Josh at Mercury.

Not only did Josh quote me a significantly lower price, he also quoted me a much quicker delivery time. I was astonished that someone would be able to deliver my exotic from Illinois to California within 7 days, particularly at the quoted price. I was quite leery since I had never used this transporter before. However, Josh spent the time to go over the process and gave me the cell phone number for himself, as well as the driver. At that point, I felt reassured and proceeded with the transport.

I kept close tabs on the transporter as I wanted to ensure that there were no glitches and I wanted to prevent any delays. The driver answered the phone each time I called and gave me the status of the delivery each time. I was astonished when he called me 3 days after he picked up my car and told me that he would be delivering the car in 2 days, much earlier than expected. Sure enough, the car arrived in 2 days and the driver, Stephon, was very careful in unloading my new exotic. He was very careful not to scrape the ultra low spoiler on the front of the car and brought the car down from his truck without a glitch.

Two thumbs up for Mercury Auto Transport, LLC. I will definitely use them again for my future exotic car purchases.
