I was so pleased with the service offered by Mercury, I've had over 20 brokers contact me, and everyone had something different to say in order to pick them. Charlie, from Mercury was straight to the point and advised me to look them up online in order to feel more confident about their service. Charlie assigned one of their best truck drivers, Scott Hetchings to transport my vehicle. I cant mention how NICE he was, He said " Don't worry Vanessa, Just think of the vehicle being transported by your dad" thats how much good care he'll take of it, He was not lying. On friday When I arrived to Jacksonville, I found my car parked right in front of my apt the same way I gave it to him. Another thing that I love with their service, because I was so happy with Scott, I said to him that I would need to tip him, He said because I was going to Law School he was sure that I had many other expenses, not to worry about it! Who Says that!!!? ALL HE asked that I do is if my friends needs someone to transport their vehicle, MERCURY without a doubt is who I will tell them to go with. These people are wonderful! & I appreciate all their wonderful work!:)
