Besides the initial delay in the pick, which was mainly due to the fact that it was holiday season, I would recommend Mercury Auto especially after reading the reviews of others' experience.
They raised the initial offered price by only 50$, which was still well below other offers. The dispatch "Clarence Rene" was especially helpful.
The initial driver they found was trying to charge me extra 200$ for some personal items I've put in the trunk, which I had initially negotiated for with Eric. I refused to deliver the car with him. The folks at Mercury also confirmed that it was a good idea not to ship with them.
The second truck they found, was enclosed (even though I've paid for an open carrier), and the driver was super helpful and nice.
He was Lazar Sokolov from Lazi Auto Corp, whom I would highly recommend.
