We used Mid-America to transport 2 cars through another broker, and, while I was concerned with their previous reviews on this site, we ended up having a good experience with them. Brent was very courteous on the phone, and, when I brought up the bad ratings they'd received, he said he knew they were out there but assured me that Mid-America would provide us with good service, which they did. Johnny, the driver, was very professional. He picked up the cars on time, kept us informed while in transit, and even got them to their destination a couple of days early.
