Delivery of vehicle

The driver was on time and nice when he picked up the vehicle in New York. However when it came to delivering the vehicle he was anything but. He called and said the car would be delivered at around 6pm on Tuesday night, called him at 8pm he was not sure how much longer but would still be that night, called him at midnight and he said was not going to make it. It sounded like I woke him up. He said he would be here at about 7:00 Wednesday morning. He called at 7:45am and said he would not be here until sometime between 12 and 3 pm that afternoon. Called him a 3:15pm, was still going to be 2-3 more hours. He called at 5:00 and said he would be about a half hour more but insisted that I meet him at a Walmart parking lot because he was running late to his next pickup. When I explained to him that I did not have anyone to go with me to pickup the car he didn't care. It was of no concern to him that I had been waiting for him for basically 2 days to deliver the car and not having it delivered to my home or even close enough to be within walking distance was a problem for me. He was only going to be able to deliver to the Walmart directly off of the freeway since he was running late and did not want to have the next customer to miss a flight.

Obviously my time was of no concern to this driver.

If I ever need to have a vehicle transported again I will not be using this company.
